I was first faced with seb dermatitis in June which was a shock, I was given so many different creams, shampoos and tablets. The creams were making it worse the shampoo irritated my scalp more the redness itching and flaking was getting worse each day. Someone recommended seb calming serum on a forum and I thought oh this will be a waste of money!
Definitely not in just two weeks of using it the redness, itching and flaking were all disappearing. I use it morning and night and would highly recommend it stick with the routine and you will see a huge difference.

Although it’s not fully sorted my facial psoriasis / seb derm (unsure what it is), using it along with the protopic I used to keep inflammation at bay it provides me with a nice soothed feeling throughout the day. Will buy again for that use alone. I did initially stop using pro topic and go to this only but see my skin flared after a few days - maybe this just isn’t as strong as that (never gonna be) but nice to use along side. Maybe one day I could end up just using this, that would be the dream but for now it’s nice to use along side it.

I very rarely write reviews, but this time I felt that I simply had to.
I bought this product 25 days ago, and honestly, I had absolutely no faith in it working. But I decided to give it a try because I had been living with this problem for 13 years, and nothing had ever helped me apart from a steroid cream — and even that only worked temporarily.
After around two weeks of using this product, my inflammation and flaking had almost completely disappeared. There was still a little flaking around my eyebrows, but after another week of using it every day, my skin became completely clear.

After using Aveeno cream for over a year, I was looking for an alternative which was not as thick as the cream. I tried this oil and found the benefits worked well after 3 weeks. Be patient as sometimes it works more slowly with some people. I like the smell of the oil and it soaks well into the scalp. At the present time I am using the oil every other day. I don’t know where to start with this review.. this stuff has been such a game changer that I’m still in disbelief!! 🥹 My skin has many different ‘forms’ (examples attached) that the doctors still can’t give me a proper diagnosis.
I started immunos in Dec 2025 for TSW/Eczema, which cleared my skin very well on my body. However, they led to my face eczema getting worse (it’s always been a worse/weak area) due to the nature of immuno’s making you more susceptible to infections. I’ve been on antibiotics at least every month this year, which help until I finish them and it comes back.
I was scared to use Seb at first due to the history and sensitivity of my skin, but I’ve been using Seb for around 3 weeks and I haven’t had anymore skin infections or antibiotics. My skin is the best it’s been in 2 years. I found that having it on overnight didn’t agree with my skin (I have this with so many products!) so I put it on damp skin for around 3 hours and wash it off with my usual face wash and follow with a light moisturiser which works well for me. I’ve had Shingles and Eczema Herpeticum multiple times in the past and I’m sure Seb has helped the scarring. It’s also so lovely to have a product which doesn’t smell of chemicals or plastic!
