We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note: Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to only one of each unique product (SKU) per order and is limited to one-time use per customer. For example, if you order multiple quantities of the same product (e.g., 10 balms), we can only refund one balm. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and prevent abuse of our returns system.

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on the smallest size item of each product.

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
